Use on DRY hands and face. Apply one pump of Skin Creamery Oil-Milk Cleanser to the face, neck and eyes, using small, circular movements to lift impurities and make-up. Emulsify with few drops of water or damp fingers in circular motion. It will turn milky dissolving away all traces of the day! Rinse with warm water or a soft cloth. Can be used twice daily.
