1. Program Overview
Qlarity Rewards allows customers to earn points for actions on qlarity.my, such as purchases, sign-ups, reviews, referrals, and social shares. Points, always in RM denomination, can be redeemed for discounts, free products, free shipping, or exclusive gifts. Points and rewards are subject to change at Qlarity’s discretion.
2. Eligibility
Open to registered qlarity.my members. No purchase required to join, but an account is mandatory.
3. Earning Points
Earn points through:

- Purchases:Â 1 point per RM 1 spent (excluding taxes/shipping). Purchases in other currencies (e.g., USD) are converted to RM at the current USD-MYR rate to award points (e.g., RM 200 purchase = 200 points, regardless of currency).

Points are credited within minutes to hours, pending verification, and purchase points are based on the subtotal after discounts. The points scoring table varies by campaign, shared via email.
4. Redeeming Points to Rewards
Redeem points for:
- Discounts: 100 points = RM 5 off, converted to your currency at checkout (e.g., RM 10 = ~USD 2 based on USD-MYR rate).

- Exclusive Gifts
No minimum points required for redemption; starts from zero. However, limited points may miss special deals (e.g., lowered points for select items). Redeem at checkout or via the Qlarity Rewards dashboard. Points are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Check your email for promos or double accelerated points redemption opportunities.
5. Point Expiration
Points expire 12 months from earning date. Email reminder will be sent before expiration.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returned or cancelled purchases result in point deductions. Redeemed points for rewards on returned orders are reinstated; rewards (e.g., coupons) are voided.
8. Program Modifications
Qlarity reserves all rights to modify, suspend, or terminate Qlarity Rewards, including point values and rewards, at any time. Qlarity will reach out to offer a reasonable replacement in that event. Notice provided via email or qlarity.my.
9. Prohibited Actions
Abuse (e.g., multiple accounts, fake referrals) leads to point forfeiture and potential account suspension.
